1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Please Note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

3. Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at h 704, w 15, churu, rajasthan

We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.
Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Worldwide.
International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. nexzenix is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.1
5. Tr2acking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at redroseindia.co@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
NEXZENIX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.3
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.4
If a package shows as de5livered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact redroseindia.co@gmail.com for assistance.
